02 / approach

How a website takes shape.

It starts with a simple question: what does someone need to know before they will get in touch? We answer that first, put the scope in writing, and build from there.

01 / the starting point

Start with what visitors need to know.

Whether you fit kitchens, teach pilates or run a clinic, visitors need a quick understanding of the service, the reasons to trust it and the way to begin.

01

What you do

02

What makes you credible

03

How to begin

02 / the commercial bit

The quote follows the job.

Each project is priced after we understand its content, structure and required features. Tell us the job and you will get a number in writing before anything starts.

The studio is deliberately lean, so there is nobody in the middle. You brief the people who build the site, and ownership transfers into your name at handover.

01One conversation

You brief the people who actually build it.

02A written scope

You know what is included before work begins.

03Ownership at handover

Domain, hosting and code transfer into your name.

04VAT status

vdvalkproductions is not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.

03 / the process

Seven steps, start to handover.

The sequence keeps decisions visible and gives each stage a clear handover.

  1. A conversationTwenty minutes on what your business does, who contacts you, how they contact you, and what needs attention.
  2. Written scope and priceExactly what will be built, what it costs, and when it is due — in writing, before any work begins.
  3. Your content, your factsWe work from information you have confirmed is accurate, including your business details, qualifications and service area.
  4. The buildDesigned and built to the agreed scope, then shown to you as a working site on a real URL.
  5. Changes until it is rightYou see it, you tell us what is wrong, we fix it. That loop runs until you are happy with what is in front of you.
  6. Checks, then launchFacts, links, mobile layout, keyboard access and browser rendering all verified against a written release list before anything goes live.
  7. HandoverDomain and hosting transferred into your name, with 30 days of defect cover and written guidance on editing and publishing it yourself.

04 / next step

Tell us what you want. We will tell you what it costs.

Send one email and you will have a straight answer about the job, the useful next step and the likely scope.
